        <p>My husband and I grow our own organic foods and we mostly buy organic fruits and veg. Lately I have been enjoying pumpkin tender leaves from our allotment and therefore getting extra shots of iron FREE.</p>

        <p>Is there a nut that is low in protein? I haven&#8217;t eaten nuts for a long time because many of them have high proteins. I can finish a can of almonds or pistachios when I was a kid. I can&#8217;t eat nuts now because I&#8217;m on a strict diet.
