Vitamin supplements are helpful to us in replenishing the vitamins and minerals that we lack. Are there any supplements that we should stop taking when we are on a low-protein diet? Or do we need more of them because we are not eating high-protein foods?

I would think that it would still be fine to continue whatever vitamin supplement regimen you are on even if you are doing a low protein diet. Some of the vitamins that would be lacking due to eating fewer high protein foods could be replaced by the supplements.

I have tested a few supplements and it seem some are good but there is no miracle supplement that many people always think about. I wish there were an easy button but that is just not the case.

I have been taking Del-Immune V. It’s a supplement to help your immune system. It’s unique in that it takes cell wall fragments and breaks them down. The fragments then act as a super charger for your immune system. It can be used to shorten a cold or to keep you from getting them.

I’ve never heard of Del-Immune V supplements.  Are they available in stores or do you have to buy them online?  Is there somewhere I could read more about them?  What vitamins and other supplements do they have in them?
