Here is a low protein stir fry recipe. You can further take out the meat by upping the alfalfa, mushrooms, and adding finely chopped cucumbers.

- 1/4 a pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed into thin small squares the thinner the better
- 1/2 a cup of alfalfa
-1/4 a cup of finely chopped mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 teaspoons olive oil, divided
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
-1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli stir-fry vegetable blend
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon cold water
  *-Hot cooked rice

That sounds really good but you didn’t include the cooking instructions or mixing instructions. Or tell us how to prepare the rice! Still I love a good sit fry!

Oh I am sorry, just cook the rice per instructions on the bag or box. Cook your chicken first then add everything else and stir till it is done. Really easy. I think each stir fry is individual and you have to just sense when it is ready.
