I recently went to a sushi bar with some clients from work (I expected to just eat some rice) and I discovered cucumber rolls. Basically it’s seaweed wrapped around rice with a cucumber center. Does anyone know if seaweed has phe in it? What about the wasabi sauce that you can dip sushi in?
I had a couple and they were lovely and from looking around, I can’t find a mention of seaweed in my NSPKU handbook?? Fingers crossed they are fine because I love discovering little treats like that!!
