I have found very few energy drinks that were of any good taste or maybe I was just trying the wrong ones? I hate the idea though of being addicted? Are they are fairly decent when it comes to not being so addictive (compared to say soda for example)?
I use energy drinks occasionally and I don’t worry about getting addicted it’s not really like that. However, the crash later is sometimes not worth the boost you get for awhile.
If energy drinks are not worth it then how about energy bars? Are chocolate bars good for energy boosters? I heard that they supply chocolate bars to soldiers because it will give them the energy needed in just a tiny package.
If you don’t have any sugar-related illnesses then you can proceed with eating chocolates. Dark and bitter chocolates are good for the health so I would advice that rather than those milk chocolates or the sweet ones because they contain a lot of artificial sugar which is bad for our health.
It is true that with a vegetarian diet that you may not get enough calories as you would with a non-vegetarian diet. However, compensating for this energy difference with energy drinks defies the purpose since it gives a short term boost in energy. You may want to eat something which gives you a more constant energy supply such as potatoes.
I am on a vegetable diet right now and I tend to lose energy faster. Will it be alright to drink energy drinks to substitute the energy that I have lost? What other sources can we get energy from besides energy drinks that is good for a person who is on non-protein diet?
